CRIMINAL LAW

Gregory Turley is a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel member for the McAllen Division of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He is appointed by the Court to represent indigent defendants in Federal Court. Mr. Turley has represented clients in social security fraud, possession of controlled substances and illegal importation of controlled substances.

Gregory Turley has served as prosecuting attorney in the Municipal Courts of:

McAllen, Texas
Alamo, Texas
Texas City, Texas

He has acted as lead attorney is numerous jury trials to verdict in these courts in cases of assault, public intoxication, Minors driving under the influence of alcohol and City Ordinance violations.
